November 2024 Product Notes

We, at MonetizeNow, are on a mission to modernize the archaic quoting practices that still haunt B2B SaaS. We believe that to get there, we need to automate the mundane, elevate the experience, and provide the flexibility to enable your go-to-market ambitions.

This month, we're making several leaps towards this mission on all fronts:

Automation: Populating in seconds

  1. Copilot. Build a compliant quote in seconds through a guided, personalized, flow.
  2. Bulk Actions. Quote for multiple offerings at once.

Experience: Driving clarity and simplicity

  1. Guided Creation. Step simply through the components of a quote one at a time to avoid information overload and ensure nothing is forgotten.
  2. Customized Documents. Share just the upsell, the entire contract, or whatever details you feel are best to make the deal as easy as possible for your end-customer.

Flexibility: Creating new ways to bundle and price

  1. Optional Products. Create bundles that encourage add-ons and simplify your catalog.
  2. Flexible Start and End Dates for subscriptions.

We continue to update our CRM connectors to increase reliability and enable access to new MonetizeNow features (e.g., CRM field mappings). Take a moment to check that you’re on the latest version.

Stripe Upgrade to Bank Transfers

Stripe is sunsetting their ACH Credit Transfer product in favor of Bank Transfers. In support of this we will be migrating Stripe ACH Credit Transfer customers over to the new Bank Transfer payment methods over the coming weeks. The MonetizeNow team will reach out to key individuals to manage the transition.
